There are many useful and publically available self-help resources available online.  The documents listed here are not an exhaustive list!  These are documents, worksheets, videos, podcasts, and toolkits that I actively use in my practice.  Any studies I have included here have deeply informed my work and are the basis of my clinical thinking. Even the books in the picture to the right are some of the "foundational texts" that have made me who I am as a therapist.   I am open to hearing from you about the resources that been helpful to you in your own personal work, so feel free to share!
